Move to Regulate: Whole School Occupational Therapy Programme
Move to Regulate is our whole school Occupational Therapy programme designed to support regulation, participation and readiness for learning through meaningful movement opportunities across the school day.
Rather than relying on isolated sensory breaks, the programme helps schools understand how movement can be incorporated naturally throughout the school environment.
The programme can include:

Bespoke Occupational Therapy training is available for teachers, classroom assistants and early years practitioners.
Sessions can be tailored to the needs of your setting and may include sensory processing and regulation, motor skills, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), movement and learning, inclusive classroom strategies and supporting neurodivergent pupils.
